A representative of the International Monetary Fund, Mr. Milan Cuc, has visited the IRBRS where he has been received by representatives of the Macroeconomic Division. The main points of discussion have been the following: role of the IRBRS in investments of privatization revenues, participation in the securities market (purchase of shares and bonds) and overview of macroeconomic environment and trends in the Republic of Srpska.
The IMF representative has been informed about the current issues in the privatization process and the IRBRS activities regarding promotion of investment potentials of the Republic of Srpska. At the end, both parties expressed satisfaction over the existing co-operation and agreed to continue exchange of information.
